The hotel has good access to the City centre via public transport. Parking is OK and near is Tesco. Breakfast was rich. It is a cheap hotel and it looks like one - don't expect a lot.
Noise during night from the street. Creaky bed. The room looked worse than in the pictures. Windows are in so poor condition that you are afraid to close it.

The stay at this place was absolutely AMAZING! The low cost was mind-blowing, especially considering the jaw-dropping breakfast that was included. The bathroom was incredibly clean and looked even better than the room itself. Plus, the location, while not too near the center, was still convenient with a tram stop right next to the hotel. And to top it all off, there was free parking available. Super happy with my stay here!

I had a great stay at Hotel Start in Krakow. I stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to assist and answer questions. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including an iron upon request. The daily cleaning service was excellent. The breakfast provided a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, and the dining room staff was pleasant and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and a large supermarket, making it easy to explore the city.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Good price, bus stop is just in front and 24h store next to it. Good price is you book a week in advance.
The description of the "good" location is exaggerated. With the bus it takes over 20 from city centre. To train/bus station it is almost 8 km.

Nice and helpful staff, good accommodation, good value for money. Excellent quality of the buffet. Big parking place.
A little bit far from the city center, but there is a tram (18) and a bus (124) which could take you there. The reception clerk was very kind to explain even on a sketch with the stops how to use them.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The decoration had a charming vintage feel, reminding me of the good old days. The general areas, such as the lobby, were clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior, I appreciate the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and elevators, making it easier for me to navigate around the premises.
I would have appreciated a wider range of activities catered specifically for senior guests. A gentle exercise class or a dedicated relaxation area would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.
